Terms of Use

By downloading or using Zigma you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard License Agreement for apps (EULA), which governs your license to use the app. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, Apple's prevails.

Zigma Premium

• Zigma is used with a monthly, auto-renewing subscription, Zigma Premium. Without an active subscription the app shows only the subscription screen; your data stays in your iCloud and comes back when you subscribe.
• First-time subscribers get 3 days free. If you don't cancel before they end, the first month is charged.
• The app shows the price in your country's currency before you confirm the purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• The subscription renews every month at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or from Settings → Subscription in the app. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Apple handles refunds under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Offer codes are redeemed with your Apple ID and follow the terms shown when you redeem them.

Not financial advice

Zigma is a tool for logging and organizing your finances. It isn't a bank, doesn't move money and doesn't give financial, tax or investment advice. Its calculations, like budget pace or what's available per day, depend on the data you enter; always check your balances with your bank.

Your data

You own what you enter in Zigma. How it's stored, and what we do (and don't do) with it, is in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, except as allowed by applicable law or Apple's agreement.

Warranty and liability

Zigma is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, Leonel Cabrera isn't liable for losses arising from using the app or from decisions based on it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with its date; if you keep using Zigma afterwards, you accept the changes.
